Varun has over 14 years of legal experience working primarily in the field of Foreign Exchange Management and Customs. Having served as a former Senior Standing Counsel for the Customs Department, he has represented several government agencies, including the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, the Customs Department, the Directorate General of GST Intelligence, and the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs. Additionally, Varun works closely with the Enforcement Directorate, serving as counsel for Foreign Exchange Management cases. He also represents the Union of India before the Delhi High Court.
